Can you use corn flour to thicken a milkshake?

Well, I wouldn't at all, I only use it to thicken sauces, stews, gravy.
Add ice cream or just blend well to make it thick & creamy.

Yes, you can. Just stir it in a small bowl of some milk first, then add it to the larger product.

Not unless it is a HOT milkshake. (Corn flour is only a thickener at fairly high - not boiling, but high) temperatures.

I wouldn't either but I'd add yogurt.

It might not taste nice. Xanthan Gum would be a much better option and you only need a tiny amount

Corn flour will not thicken unless you bring the mixture to a boil.
Just adding corn flour to a cold mixture will not thicken it.
You would be better off adding frozen fruit, ice or if you wanted thicker..adding a fiber supplement there are flavored and plain fiber supplements.

Sure, but you shouldn't unless you want grainy nasty milkshakes.

Sure you "can", but doesn't sound like a good thing to do.
