How do I lose 10 kg in 6 months?

    eat RIGHT, and exercise.  counting calories is important.  but you still need proper nutrition.  do some research.  there are tons of articles on what to eat.

    see a doctor.  get a physical if it's been more than a year.  make sure everything else is relatively healthy, then go over your weight loss goals.  come up with a realistic plan.

    Actually, Every day exercise.Eat perfect time.Don't over eating.

    try the "Don't Eat So Much Diet"..it is proven to work every time

  • That's less than a pound a week - you barely have to make a change in your diet and/or exercise to accomplish that. Not sure what beverages you normally consume, but if you cut out sodas, fruit juices, froo-froo coffees and alcohol and walk an hour a day - you can probably lose the weight!
