It's supposed to in the 60's this weekend here in Connecticut and it's January. Some people are claiming that it's global warming. Possibly they're right.

It's 85 degrees here in Florida, and I've been asking the same question! Saturday our low temperature was 1 degree warmer than what's usually the high temperature for that day.

    It's simple

The jet stream is a pacific laden one, which means its zonal across Canada/Northern US, this allows warmer air to sift up from the Gulf, making most places mild. Also because LP systems are tracking north, which means the warm fronts are rising futher north, which again, draws in mild air up from the Gulf Of Mexico.

The pattern is expected to stay in place for the next 2 weeks, temperatures aren't expected to be back to seasonal/below until the end of Janurary, with temps ranging anywhere from 40-50F.

It is totally not climate change. You are fake news. The president, who is a stable genius has a special talent for science and has told us al that he is a very smart guy and that climeta change is a chinese hoax.

    Blame the chinese

It's hotter than in Saudi Arabia, it's only 45 there now. I don't think people can actually survive 70 physically...
