    but it depends on your job and company.

    are you a union member? if you are it will be outlines in your contract.

    are you a minimum wage working in retail or food service? yeah they will probably fire you

    If you was an employer would you fire an employee for poor performance? depends on the employer many gain advantages if the employee is a female.

    Probably.

    If it's not for you, no real loss my dear. And the more experience you gain? The more you zone in on what you like and don't like. Makes it easier to find the next job.
