What does "Seek and ye shall find" really mean?

Is scripture promising that once we are open to determined to find the truth of God... every last one of us will?

Because that is powerful. That is world-changing.

It really boils down too, "What is the intent of your heart" like the two men that came to Jesus, beating their chests with tears and the rich man standing proud he was not like them....So who between the two, who you think door was opened... both doors would be opened....for it is a choice to enter or not....
