He promised to pull Americans out of the Middle-East, but now he’s sending 10k troops to Iraq after the assassination. Is....?
.....America preparing for war?
America has no allies on this war. It’s no other’s affairs now but the U.S and Trump has put Americans abroad at risk.

Trump predicted Obama would start a war with Iran to help his re-election effort in 2012. It's looking very much like Trump wants to do that now himself. It's generally thought that the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan helped get GW Bush re-elected even though he had <50% polling (as Trump does).
This actually goes back in history. President Nixon was elected in 1968 largely on his promise to end the war in Vietnam (because everyone wanted that). When he took office in 1969 he was ready to just 'declare victory and pull out', but he was persuaded that ending the war would bring a recession and endanger his re-election in 1972. So he kept the war going for four more years so he could announce an end to the war just before the 1972 election.
Trump's war in Iran is looking very much like BOTH Bush wars in Iraq and GW Bush's war in Afghanistan. From the start we had no plan, no 'exit strategy', no OBJECTIVES! I mean, even today it's impossible to even DEFINE victory in those wars. Iran will be like that. Except Iran is bigger, richer, and has more military force, so it would be a much bigger, more expensive war in both money and lives. There was nothing GW Bush really even wanted to achieve in Iraq, he just wanted to be a 'war president'.
