Given the nature of their venoms, their various behaviors, and the differences in the way they interact with humans, that would be scorpions.

Black Widows, though they have a lethal reputation, are actually very timid and won't bite unless threatened.  Their bites are quite painful, but rarely contain enough toxin to be fatal.  The last known death by Black Widow bite in the U.S. was in 1983.

Copperheads also tend to hide from human contact and only bite when threatened.  Also, like Black Widows, they frequently give "dry" bites - bites with little or no venom.

Scorpions are much more likely to sting, and so even with relatively few species having venom dangerous to humans, actually kill people with some regularity - particularly in places with limited access to medical care.

The copperhead. Other snakes such as cobras and mambas even more so. Most scorpion species stings are no worse than those of bees and wasps, just a few species have a more dangerous sting.

The snake, the amount of venom injected is far larger and affects us worse.

And copperhead venom is several times less lethal than the most venomous of either Black Widow or Scorpion species.

None really unless you are old, infant, compromised immune system, or allergies.

Last widow fatality was 1968, scor0ions since, but in areas with no means of treatment.

Copperhead can be fatal given the above, but not the most t9xic of venom.

Depending on what species of scorpion a scorpion can be more deadly than a black widow adults rarely die from a black widow but an adult can die from a deadly species of scorpion. A copperhead is a painful bite but far less people die from them then the deadly species of scorpion.

Probably the scorpion, but only a few species, most are relatively harmless but some are deadly. Copperheads and Black widows are not usually fatal.
