Is this a good gaming PC build?

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/sBBNzN There is my link, and most of the games I will probably be playing are Rust and Grand Theft Auto V. My PC is outdated and can no longer run Rust like it used to. I am wanting to spend in the range of $600 to $800. Anything I should change? And I'm not sure which network card is best, so if that's a bad part I will gladly change it. Thanks everyone!

It needs work, but that is normal.

Core i5-7400 - old now. AMD Ryzen did catch up fairly close to Intel in gaming with Ryzen, so need to look closely at this. Motherboard. Do not use Biostar. To provide reasons in a court of law I would have to prove it, so you must instead just trust 30+ years of my industry experience in the field.HDD - use a 7200 rpm in bulk storageSSD has come down in price Windows may be available cheap in license and download.Wireless Network Adapter -  If you need wireless for gaming, it has to be a very good one. Ethernet connections are far better.

Considering a higher motherboard cost, the CPU cost, and Intel over AMD in gaming and your total cost, this is the order of preference based on everything. CPU and CPU general performance score as best value in price range

    i5-9400F 12076 /// i3-9100F 8906 /// Ryzen 5 2600X 14360 /// Ryzen 5 2600 /// 13511 /// Ryzen 7 2700 15069 /// i3-9100 9072 /// i5-9400 11929 /// i3-8100 8005 /// i3-9350KF 10526 /// Ryzen 3 3200G 7879 /// Ryzen 5 3400G 9988 /// i5-7400 7237

Intel "F" has no integrated graphics, and Ryzen "G" has integrated graphics.

    1st pass. $783

i5-9400F, ASRock B365M Phantom Gaming 4 Micro ATX, Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-2666 Memory, PNY CS900 240 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive, Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM, EVGA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER 4 GB SC ULTRA GAMING Video Card, DIYPC VisionII ATX Mid Tower Case, EVGA GD (2019) 600 W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply, Win 10, Gigabyte GC-WB867D-I PCIe x1 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi Adapter

Motherboard has premium audio and ethernet and is a better brand and 4 Dimm slot. Faster CPU, better ram in higher operating speed, higher GPU, better wireless

Reduce the CPU and raise the GPU. Better than the i5-7400 CPU

AMD based reduces audio. Can choose 2600X instead as pre-overclocked:

CPU stronger, Motherboard far better, Ram over 2x speed as 2x8 and 2 open slots in MB allows upgrade. HDD a bit better. SSD about even, but reviews better, faster GPU, better Wifi. You could upgrade the CPU cooler if you wish. It should not be necessary.
