How Wide is a 32inch TV?

    it depends on the bezel (the outer casing of the tv). A screen size is measured diagonally so a 32 inch tv with a thin bezel will be a few inches longer than 32.

    Television screen sizes are given in diagonal measurement. Today's TVs typically have a 16:9 aspect ratio. So the 32 inch diagonal is the hypotenuse of a right triangle whose other sides are 16x and 9x. I get a width of 27.9 inches, not including the frame.

    TV's are measured diagonally, from the top left corner to the bottom right corner it is 32 inches.

    Since that measurement is just a bit longer than straight across just subtract like 3 or 4 inches and you get an approximate width.

    28 inches seems like a good guess. It's not a very big TV, but it'll get the job done.
