Does the U.S. still have any policies that discriminate on the basis of sex, or are they all gender neutral now?

The US still has policies that legally discriminate against men.  The Selective Service obligation is one.  Taxpayer funded "women's only " programs and benefits that are denied to men just becasue they are men are another.  Affirmative Action is basically state sanctioned legal discrimination against men.  There are more of course.

Women have the privilege of being free from legal discrimination by law.  Men do not.  Any group that says they are working towards equality (feminists???) should really be fighting for equality at this most serious level ... rather than frivolous things like attacking for "manspreading" or being guilty of enjoying "sexist air conditioning" or so many  other ridiculously similar concepts.

Sex is a protected characteristic under the Civil Rights Act. Sex segregation _is_ legal (like women's sports, you can request a same sex doctor, or bathroom, or locker room) or at least it was... transgenders are in the process of getting it overturned by the courts. There's a current Supreme Court case which might erase rights based on sex. Then teenage boys can force teenage girls to get naked in front of them or be suspended from school. And don't say that would never happened, because it already DID happen in 2014 in West Virginia. Four teenage girls sued the school and they LOST. Male judge said they have no right to privacy and the boy's feelings he was being excluded mattered more than their right not to be leered at.
