    have the same one I bought  15 years ago,,omni,, cost 40 bucks.

    nless you have hawkeyes, get to best buy,see what they have,,older stuff that still works nicely  is in thrift shops everywhere

    I don't think you should get just a DVD player because you can get a pretty good BlueRay player in the USA for around $60 maybe a little more if you want the Streaming Features. I think I have a non wifi Sony since I attached it to a smart TV.

    You don't need to spend a lot if if you just want to play DVD and BlueRay. My son said I still should have spent the $400 on the Xbox One so he could play more video games but I told him to be happy I didn't need to keep the PS3 in the living room anymore.

    Buy a BD player that costs at least $180 plus tax. 

      

    While that isn't precise, it will serve the purpose.

    These days, it makes more sense to buy a BluRay player, as all BluRay players can also play DVDs and CDs.

    The majority of people nowadays stream or use blu-rays.  So DVD format will die out soon.  Sony makes a top rated model.
