Is this an acceptable essay structure?
So I'm writing an essay on a poem about the imagery, diction, and structure. Usually, the first body paragraph would be imagery, second is diction, and third is the structure. However, since the poem is only 23 lines in length and a lot of the imagery, diction, and structure overlap in the same lines, I was thinking of doing the first body about lines 1-8, second about lines 9-15, and third about lines 16-23 so that I wouldn't have to keep quoting the same thing in different paragraphs. Is this okay or do I have to write it the other way? This is for AP Literature by the way.

I'm also an AP Lit student, and there is no "correct" way to write. Just do what you gotta do and if it feels like the essay flows better chronologically than by category, then go for it.
