Is it safe to mix isopropyl alcohol with hydrogen peroxide?

    Yes. The only things you shouldn’t mix are bleach and ammonia, sodium azide and metals (learned this from watching 1000 ways to die), acid and oxidizer, alcohol and open flame.

    Not if you are going to put them on a cut or scrape.

    The H2O2 won't react with the rubbing alcohol, but either of the two will actually further damage the skin around the cut.  Soap and water is better to clean the wound.

    "Using hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol to clean an injury can actually harm the tissue and delay healing. The best way to clean a minor wound is with cool running water and mild soap. Rinse the wound for at least five minutes to remove dirt, debris, and bacteria."
