What does it mean when someone says that you “lived out your purpose”?

So when a man says this to a woman, what’s he trying to imply?

He is saying she no longer suits his wants or needs.

He's not implying anything. He's dropping because he's gotten into your pants, and  you're not too bright.

He is effectively calling the hypothetical woman a hoe, saying her bucket has been well used and she is now too old to be attractive or procreate, she will have to go down the park and provide oral relief to passing strangers for spare change bascially. I hope I have painted an accurate picture for you.
