My daily routine for breakfast to have 2 cooked egg whites 1 slice of provolone cheese and 2 slices of CANADIAN Bacon on a ENGLISH Muffin
for Lunch i generally have a tossed lettuce and spinach Salad with ham or chicken or turkey slices perhaps a Pita occupationally some form of a sandwich and soup
and Dinner 4.5 ounces of peach yogurt
By the Term "CHRISTMAS "
i suspect one means December 25 i might stop by my JEWISH friends home ( December 22 to December 30 ) its HANUKAH they traditionally serve LATKES ( potato pancakes ) SUFGANIYOT ( jelly donuts ) FRIED FOODS its related to OIL the feast of LIGHTS and CHEESE BLINTZES and BEEF BRISKET thank you for your INQUIRY

We will eat with family a traditional meal.1 pit roasted hog. 6 or 7 rice dish's. Noodle dish's. Ice cream for the kids. Local grown coffee's. Local fruits, & good family made fruit Rhums.
