Freud would say, "No, but without an id, there are fewer enjoyable things to save money for."

No, by law in many part of the world, you do need an ID of some sort. Could be a valid driver’s license, passport, a ID with your name and current address, etc.

Is there any reason WHY you don’t have any? Or let alone why you can’t go and apply for some form

    Of ID?

No, neither have a photo, so could be anybody.

The identification is required so the congress via the IRS can keep track of your financials.  Taxes.

ID can be your Passport, Drivers License, or State ID which is available upon application to the State Department of Motor Vehicles.
