I think the answer is c. Am I correct ot not? If not what it should be.

    The given point is in quadrant III, while answer (c) would place θ in quadrant I. That would do only with a negative r, and I do not think that is the expected answer. Here are to pairs of polar coordinates representing the given point:

    (1, -3π/4), (-1, π/4)
