There's no law against selling something.  When it comes to Medicaid, your ability to qualify for it can depend on your income and assets, and if you fail to disclose to Medicaid the information they require, that is criminal fraud. It has nothing to do with selling.  Whether or not being in possession of whatever you're selling puts you in jeopardy with Medicaid, it's not illegal to sell it.

It's up to you to know what Iowa's rules are on income and assets for receiving Medicaid.

If you legally own it, you can legally sell it.

Any impact on Medicaid benefits ALREADY EXISTS before the sale.

You don't say what you're selling so it's hard to say.

You can’t. Only the rich can make money.
