1. Can a guy build strong muscle, shed fat, and increase his sexual performance just by running 15 minutes per week?

Would you believe if I tell you that workouts through running are a way of burning stomach fat and reduce testosterone production level?

    Nope. The effects of running for a little more than 2 minutes a day would be negligable at best, and more.likely not even measurable

    Im sure you will see improvements but nothing drastic from such a small workout. Eating healthy is the only sure bet to getting these results you're asking for. Personally I suggest a ketogenic diet because you will see results in one month.

    No - nothing can be achieved in only 15 minutes a week . . . . . anyone who tells you that is just a scammer.

    For most liberals, sprinting after sex is quite necessary.  At least until the cops give up the chase.
