He has already struck out in US District Court and Court of Appeals and does not have the law on his side. The disclosure law states that IRS will hand them over when ordered to by congress. Period, end of story. Congress doesn't have to state a reason.

Not good the United States Constitution says that you do not have to give evidence that can be used against you in a court of law. The internal revenue service is entitled to Donald Trump's tax returns and nobody is entitled to look at them until it's determined by the internal revenue service that a crime has been committed then and only then does it become public
