Is there enough kale on my dinner?

    Yeah I think you need a little more kale on there, push the envelope. Don't be afraid of it

    Seems so, but if you have some fruit for your dessert it will be even better. You could have fresh fruit, fruit cooked without sugar, canned without sugar, dried fruit, or fruits from frozen Do not have them with a high-sugar or high-fat topping or sauce.

    If you hadn't peeled your potatoes, you would have even more roughage. Is that roughly 300 calories?? I bet not and a basic meal should be between 300-400 calories to get enough food daily.

    Yes, but I hope you know you don't ONLY have to eat kale every day.  Any leafy green vegetable (except iceberg lettuce, which is basically water) works:  cabbage, spinach, "greens", etc.
