Is this paragraph correct:

"Many heads of government have backgrounds in Law.

However, that's not the CASE of this president."

Note: By "that's not the case of this president", I mean "his president doesn't have (a background in law)".

    replace "of" with "for" or "with"

    Nearly.  It should be 'the case with this president'.
