Do certain diets activate our stem cells naturally?

    It's complicated.  Not a lot is known yet.  This is an area of research that is in its relative infancy.

    No. And I'm baffled why you would think that stem cells need to be "activated" at all, or why you think that such an activation imposed from the outside would be in any way at all a good idea. The most likely outcome of stems cells beginning to divide for no good reason would be cancer.

      They may be "programmed ...to do what they need to do," but the rate at which they do it CAN be affected by challenges (e.g. hypoxia-induced increase in RBC production), including dietary shifts (e.g. fat-induced increases in the rate of gut epithelial cell regeneration and restitution).
