Help on Algebra Extra Credit!!?

Last summer, Mrs. Paletta completed a half ironman in which she had to swim 1.2 miles, bike 56 miles, and then run 13.1 miles. It took Mrs. Paletta 39 minutes to swim 1.2 miles in the river. The river had a current of 1 mile per hour. First Mrs. Paletta swam 0.6 miles against the current, then she turned around and swam directly back with the current. If Mrs. Paletta always swims at the same rate, then how fast can she swim in a pool with no current. Extra points for converting this speed to minutes per 100 yards (swim pace units).

Also, my teacher said to be careful with units. Thanks in advance.
