Do butchers on hog farms produce enough pork to meat standards?

    Yes, They have to chop what's there.

    enough for what? i'm unaware of any minimum requirements. that would put some butchers out of work if there were. think of small towns...

    Usually their sow’leries can’t cover lay’bore costs..

    I know one butcher resorted to stealing hogs,but someone SQUEELED on him.
