Is eating 20 low fat yogurts all at once still count as a lot of food?

No, "lot" is not a measurement.

The low-ft yogurt I like most is 80 calories. Eat 20 of those and you've eaten 1600 calories, closing in on all the day's calories for someone not trying to lose weight, only your intake hasn't included any of the basics you need, like fruits and vegetables.

Yes.  Low-fat does not mean low-calorie.  In general, they put A LOT of sugar in such foods to make up for the loss of taste.

Plus, even a non-lactose intolerant person would probably get SEVERE stomach cramps (if not worse) from eating all that dairy in a short time.
