For the most part, it is a bad group. but I would rank Healthy Choice at the top of the bunch. Simply Steamers would be my first choice.

But its really not all that hard to make your own dinner. It would be cheaper and healthier. You won't add all that extra salt and sugar.

Lean Cuisine, Weight Watchers, Smart Ones. They're all good, low calorie meals but be warned.....the portions are miniscule. Lol

Best in what way? All the frozen entrees you can buy are full of processed ingredients so aren't a good part of a healthy diet. If you want to know what the best tasting ones are, that's subjective. What one person likes, another person will hate.

If you are trying to lose weight, the best thing to do is focus on real food (not frozen entrees). It's not hard to throw some chicken breasts and veggies in the crock pot and let them cook all day, and have enough for dinner for several days. Add a side salad and/or some other healthy side dish, and you're covered (and have complete control over the ingredients so you know what you're eating).

None of them. Processed foods are garbage and riddled with sodium.
