Ms Kuennsberg is a very poor quality hack who should never havebeen recruited to the BBC - unless the BBC are happy to have their once high standards considerably lowered-?

The fact is her boadcast from a car to the daily politics show made it clear she had obtained electoral information - or was she lying? - if the responsible returning officer gave her the information she broadcast then he / she should suffer the legal consequences if he / she didn't then Ms Kuennsberg can only be described as a liar and not fit to work for a national broadcaster.

If she has broken the Law on the Representation of the Peoples Act then yes she should be sacked.

She should not be sacked, but she should face prosecution. It is a clear breach of electoral law for anyone in the media to comment on the contents of postal votes before the polls have closed.

She should face prosecution and a court should decide if she has committed a criminal offence.

If she is convicted, the BBC might need to take action.

The media is rabid and wants to  extend its force like little foots in the door have created the current criminal state we exist in we may change our prices later,  I in my life have never seen this country so bitter and the conversations you can tell are straight out of a journalist's column get it done is making everyone sick . It's all orchestrated by the media and it's their ideas running this population not common sense

    BBC coverage IS PATHETIC!

High time the so called "news" they bleat about was axed!

The BBC expect their COMMUNIST gravy train LICENCE FEE to continue, whilst NOT representing the interests of those who have NO CHOICE but to pay for its worthless CLAPTRAP!

If the BBC is sued, the board should PAY OUT OF ITS OWN OVERPAID POCKETS!

I don't much like the woman (her voice grates) but sacked would be a bit harsh, even if she did what she's supposed to have done!

The law says you cannot comment on postal vote numbers until after the polls close, if she has broken the law, yes she deserves to be sacked
