Native English speakers, could you please help me with these issues?

Is this paragraph correct:

"I want to know me the name of that GROCERY STORES CHAIN, and if you don’t want to TO DO ANY PUBLICITY, then please TELL IT TO ME in private.

    No.

"I want to know the name of that grocery STORE chain, and if you don’t want to do advertising, then please TELL ME SO in private."

This is rather aggressive wording, not very conducive to getting a business account.

    No - not quite.

"I want to know the name of that chain of groceries.  If you don’t want to say it aloud please tell me in private."

    Or -

"If you don’t want to give them any publicity please tell me in private."
