What exactly are the 'criminal' charges against movie mogul Harvey Weinstein?

Can anyone please list....

Actual bonafide US criminal charges within some statute of limitations against this guy. I can't find it, just media circus.

Dates, victims, 'any' proof?

Update:

Thanks smartypants..what is...'crime of predatory sexual assault'?

Some charges were changed and folded together in September.  The charges against Weinstein now include two counts of predatory sexual assault, one count of 'criminal sexual act' (whatever the **** that is!), and two counts of good old rape.  Five charges in all.

Are you one of those guys who say that if a raped woman has no proof of being raped, like video tape of the rape, then nobody should be help accountable for the crime?

May 25, 2018, NY prosecutors charged him with rape, criminal sex act, sex abuse, and sexual misconduct. He surrendered to police, released on $1 million bail. Indicted in July of 2018 on an additional charge of predatory sexual assault. One charge dismissed in October 2018. Trial set for January 6, 2020.

Also being investigated and as yet uncharged in LA and London.

The predatory sexual assault includes the element that his behavior is part of a pattern. The actress Annabella Sciorra has accused him of raping her back in the early 1990's. The statute of limitations on that crime has expired, but testimony of it is allowed to show his pattern of sexual assault.

Sexual assault carries a maximum penalty of 25 years in prison, while predatory sexual assault can result in a life sentence.
