Best Way to Connect TV to Soundbar...?

My sister has a older RCA 1080p that doesn't have an optical output. I'll just list the inputs and outputs of both tv and soundbar below. Looking for the cheapest and easiest way to connect these two devices. If anymore info is needed just let me know.

TV Audio Outputs: Digital Audio Out (coaxial), and 3.5mm Auxiliary. (Older RCA)

Soundbar Audio Inputs: HDMI™(ARC), Optical-audio input, USB type A (Assuming this is for files on a device) (2018 Sony HT-S100F)

Coaxial and optical audio are the same kind of signal, they just go over different kinds of 'wire'. Converters like this should run you either side of $20:

Thank you. I got this one of Amazon, and with a coupon it was only $5.80. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N4X0UXL/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_i_JzZ8DbXBHR6HX
