Best way to get from England to Germany?
Specifically, London to Frankfurt. I already paid 40 for a ticket from my current location to London St Pancras, but the Deutsche Bahn are changing their timetables and aren't selling tickets for when I want to buy them for so I only have a ticket to St Pancras. With that said, would a train fron St Pancras to Heathrow or Stansted and a plane to Frankfurt be cheaper than taking the train? I'm not majorly fussed about the time, just the cost. It's my first time leaving the country so I never thought of flying if there's already a train. It would be a round trip, too, and 4 months in advance.

Coach is likely to be the cheapest about £26 https://www.flixbus.co.uk/bus-routes/london-frankf...
Train about £150 https://www.thetrainline.com/en/train-times/london...
Or search for cheap flights https://www.cheapflights.co.uk/flights/Frankfurt/L... but cost of flight will also be plus baggage charges/taxes

You'd need to compare the options for when you wanted to go, and look at how far in advance you can / want to buy.

Trains to Stansted Airport depart from Liverpool Street Station and not St Pancras
