looking for advice from those with endometriosis experience?

I’m looking into being diagnosed with the doctors and I’m quite scared, with the surgery and all. I’m looking for things that help with pain, and the aftermath of the surgery ? Any description of the pains you’ve gone through also

I had endometriosis but it was kept in check with hormone therapy and I never needed surgery. You might benefit from CBD oil or kratom for natural pain relief? I had severe cramping and pain and it was awful. Hormone therapy helped a lot for me. I wonder if you can be helped from hormone therapy rather than surgery? Talk to a naturopath and see what alternatives are out there rather than go under the knife? The doctor wanted to operate on me but I declined and I'd say get another opinion before you have an operation.
