that would depend on how big the breasts are.

Weight wise, 24 ounces or 1.5 pounds. Flavor wise, you'll never get there. Fat wise, you will have to add some olive oil.

1 1/2 pounds. Breasts vary in size. You need a kitchen scale. They don't cost much.

I get Foster Farms Chicken Breast from Costco.  They claim the package averages about 10 pounds for six pouches of two breasts.  Which means an average of 1.66 pounds for two breasts.

I pick smaller packs to get two breast pouches that average about 20 ounces (1¼ lbs.)

Or you can go to a supermarket with a live butcher and exactly what you want.

1/1/2 lbs.  (Chicken breasts, like thighs, come in all sizes, so you can't translate a number to pounds.)
