2009 Honda Accord...I want to pre-heat it up in the winter.?

but if I go out to start it and then lock it while its heating the door locks will not stay down. I tried with the fob and second key. Is there a way to lock doors while running in park?

No, the doors stay open.  Computer will require a reprogram to lock the car.  It will likely cost you more than the car is worth if there is ever a program to do that.

Consider getting a remote starter installed.  Those don't effect the locks.

The security system will not allow that

Not sure if it still works with newer Hondas' but the trick to locking older ones was to hold the interior door release handle out/open while locking the door.  You could then shut the door and it would remain locked.

It would require altering the existing wiring. Unless you are very proficient in doing so, I would suggest taking it to an experienced mechanic to do the work.
