How would you say “I think I am ready for the test” in Spanish?

I’m not sure wether to use pensar or creer. And would you have to say que after the pienso or creo? Any help would be appreciated!

You're not sure "wHether" to use pensar or creer.   "Pensar" is about thinking.  "Creer" is about believing.  Are you just thinking it or do you believe it?

For a male: Creo que estoy listo para el examen.

For a female: Creo que estoy lista para el examen.

either one works creer would just imply that you're more sure, and yes you have to put que after both of them.
