If Trump were impeached, removed from office , could he ve reelected?

    IF TRUMP were IMPEACHED   "REMOVED FROM OFFICE " .........

    a SUCCESSFUL IMPEACHMENT  that IMPOSED  action 

    per ARTICLE  1  SECTION 3 CLAUSE 7

      the punishment for impeachment  such a person is DISQUALIFIED  to HOLD or enjoy any OFFICE

     DISQUALIFYING is BARRING a person EVER SERVING again in the "FEDERAL " goverment 

     once removed would end  his ASSUMED  immunity from prosecution for certain alleged Crimes  Mr . Trump may be  facing CRIMINAL CHARGES for certain allegations the minute  such a  ACTION was that of  REMOVAL additionally 

     presently  Mr Trump is involved in many   LAW SUITS

     according to analysis over 3 decades Donald J trump and his BUSINESS   have been involved in 3500  legal cases in US Federal courts and state courts   an UNPRECEDENTED  number for a US president  a person  can SUSPECT  Mr . TRUMP  ENJOYS such "DRAMA "  and  the possible THRILL OF "WINNING "  possibly one of his DRIVING  EMOTIONS ... but his SCORE  CARD  on WINING the majority of the time is not positive

    He can run. There is no Constitutional provision against it.

    He can be elected. There is no Constitutional provision against it.

    He cannot be sworn in. There is a Constitutional provision against it.

    Article I, Section 3, Clause 7: Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States…

    Yes-

    He can run again for another term if he was to be impeached and removed from office by the senate. However, the senate can pass a stipulation barring him from running ever again if he were to be impeached, again, this would be a very rare outcome.

    Let's hope he runs in 2028. We can impeach him again for another guaranteed 8 years out of backwards Republican hands.
