Was anyone besides fascists actually FOR World War Two before it was forced on us?  ?

No one is 'for' war, though the armaments industry has a vested interest in there being armed conflict. In WWII, the fascists were getting on with what they wanted to do - invading neighbouring countries, rounding up people they thought undesirable and systematically killing them or enslaving them and breaching international law. War was the consequence of them failing to stop doing this.

For evil to prevail, it is necessary only that good people do nothing.

War was declared on Germany by the UK. That does not mean the UK wanted war but that, where diplomacy had failed, armed conflict was the only way to stop the systematic slaughter of Jews and Gypsies; to stop the torture of innocent people and to liberate  occupied countries so they could enjoy their freedom again?  To suggest anyone wanted war is to seriously misunderstand the way the world works.
