is it true that unless a fully grown adult male is really short, he shouldn't weigh less than 150 pounds to be considered an actual man?

Okay maybe there's a half truth in that some women equate a guy's build with masculinity and attractiveness, so it probably doesn't hurt to have a little meat on your bones if you're on the market, but not all women are looking for that, and it has absolutely nothing to do with actually being a man.

No.  You're a man and you're in charge of you're own life.  That means you decide what being a man means to you.

No. A males height or weight has zero to do with being a 'man'. Once he reaches adult age, he is a man (no matter how tall or short, fat or thin).
