I know this is a weird idea... but have you tried eating it?
ANYTHING eaten might cause a feeling of fullness, if enough of it is consumed. You can "get full" on crackers and olives by eating them until you feel as though you don't want anything else to eat (no further feeling of hunger). Same goes for ANYTHING you may eat/drink. You get 'full' by consuming it until you feel full/satisfied/not hungry.
just eat enough of them.
