Do they got any radiation poison control centers if someone gets in a nuclear radiation accident? ?

    Yes, absolutely.

    Near enough all hospitals have some radiation detection & safety gear and there are multiple national centres for control of possible nuclear incidents.

    eg. The USA has "NEST" teams, which can travel anywhere in the world:
