Does DACA or U.S naturalization look at your ip address during the background check?

I don't really know about these type of things but a friend told me this and it's making me a bit paranoid (though i don't have nothing to hide)

    Your friend is an idiot. I'm sure that the US govt. is spying on a lot of people to the nth degree but they don't take your Internet activity into consideration unless it is a cause of concern. My parents became US citizens in around 2005-2006 and they never had any "IP background" check.

    You just have paranoia.

    No.  Why would they??   You IP address means nothing to them.
