Can you help me with English please?

I will be taking in 0.65 g starch carbs (not including fibrous) of carbs per pound of bodyweight.

I can understand this sentence but I do not get "not including fibrous" exactly. What it means? Please I need to understand. Thanks!

Fibrous carbs are a type of carbohydrate - apparently a type of complex carbohydrate. Starch carbs are probably different from fibrous carbs, so the amount of starch carbs is different from the amount of fibrous carbs.
