Arizona state citizens, a question about housing.?

How much is a typical 2-3 bedroom apartment?

Im asking you citizens mainly because I feel like those apartment websites arent accurate.

Update:

Possibly northern part of the state like flagstaff and pheonix.

Will vary greatly by location within the state. The sites are accurate, they post actual units for rent and the actual rents being asked for.

The various websites list what they are asking for their units. Why don't you believe them?

The state of Arizona is 114,000 square miles of cities, towns, and nearly empty wasteland desert. There is no typical housing cost as it varies dramatically by location, as do other cost of living and salaries.

$1500 to $1700 per month is low in Sedona, AZ for 2-3 bedooms at 1100-1500 sq ft.

And $800 a month is asked for a townhouse in Arizona City about midway between Tucson and Phoenix 3 bd2.5 ba 1,234 sqft

Zillow is accurate for an area

Where in Arizona? It's a big state. An apartment will be much more expensive in Scottsdale than it would be in Yuma.
