Can you help me with English please?
I will be taking in 0.65 g starch carbs (not including fibrous) of carbs per pound of bodyweight.
I can understand this sentence but I do not get "not including fibrous" exactly. What it means? Please I need to understand. Thanks!

Fiberous carbohydrates are a sub-class of carbohydrates that cannot be absorbed by the body. Instead it is expelled into the intestines and it helps intestines move better and prevents indigestion. You should eat a good amout of fibre each day but not too much because as I said, it can't get digested.

It means fibrous carbs are not included in the 0.65g amount.
