How much Naproxen is too much?

I have bad cramps and took two Naproxen sodium at 3 o’clock this morning. It is now 2 PM. It says on the bottle do not take more than 3 pills in 24 hours and no more than 2 pills in 12 hours. I am in severe pain and can’t wait 12 hours. It is 220 mg. Please help

You should take only one if it's that strong

As long as you're at least 12 years of age the dosage is 220 mg orally every 8 to 12 hours while symptoms persist

-May take 440 mg orally once in the first hour if needed

Maximum dose: 440 mg (in any 8 to 12 hour period); 660 mg (in any 24 hour period)

so you can take one more now and then no more until at least 3am. You can safely take tylenol alongside naproxen.
