Are alarmists ramping up the rhetoric because they don't have the science behind them?

I think of my geology classes where we were taught actual science. Then I think of my visits into East Berlin in 1980 before the fall of the wall when the East Berliners treated American soldiers like rock stars because they had a taste of leftist rule under the Soviets. Treaties allowed us to enter East Berlin as long as we wore our uniform. Then I see garbage like this pushed by the same sorts that argued for the socialism and it shows they are wrong about their science and they are wrong about their history. These lying scumbags are not only wrong, but they are dangerously wrong.

Why you think they proclaimed "the science is settled"? conveniently right after those damming leaked emails scuttled their credibility.
That gives the government controlled alarmists the excuse for blocking out any opposing views.

Somehow I'm more convinced by the 150,000 scientists of the American Chemical Society. Add to them the 55,000 scientists of the American Physical Society and you have a pretty brainy bunch. They have all joined in the consensus - https://climate.nasa.gov/scientific-consensus/
Man made climate warming is real despite what Rush Limbaugh says.

Now that there's a generation of young people who didn't live in the time of the communist horror, left wing extremists are trying to bring their socialist ideology back into the political mainstream. Their climate doomsday cult provides the perfect vehicle to achieve that goal.
