    Budget is no problem and you will do absolutely nothing with it?  None of those.  Save money or go on vacation.

    If you have to get a prebuilt then get the last one which is the hp. It's got the best graphics card. The only downside is a 256gb ssd isn't much to save games it will fill up quickly. You will have to add a 2tb mechanical hard drive.

    As a Dell user for over 30 years I suggest Dell, never a problem with mine at home nor at work.

    Totally depends on exactly what you plan to do with it. Wouldn't touch the first 2, neither has an SSD.
