I bought some frozen hamburgers at Walmart that were too fatty greasy! How do I get rid of some of the fat and grease?

Grill them and let the fat drain off, then use absorbant kitchen paper to absorb more.

Throw them out. Problem solved.

Throw the frozen hamburger in the trash and make one with fresh ground beef.

You can create your own "george foreman-type grill"
Crumble up aluminum foil, cook the meat in patties, so the patty is sitting on top of the foil and the grease drains.
If you want to have ground beef pieces, once it's mostly cooked:
- remove it from the stove,
- remove the foil and grease
- continue cooking it to break up the patties into pieces.

Drain it off. You can prepare them on a grill like a George Foreman where the fat automatically drains off or take them out of the skillet/frying pan, dump out the excess grease, and return them to the pan to finish cooking. If you prepare them on an outdoor grill, the grease will run off on its own. You can also gently pat them dry with paper towels when you take them out of the frying pan, to soak up some of the grease on the patty.

Cook it and drain off the fat. For $6 a lb, Walmart sells 97 percent lean ground beef, which has no fat. Tastes ok, but you have to be careful cooking it or it dries out.

Put them on the grill. DON'T cook them in a frying pan on the stove.

You could remove it manually if it was still frozen, or try another brand.
