Can kale be a staple vegetable for a bearded dragon?

I seen so many different post saying its ok and others saying not to.

Mine won't eat any other green. It seems to do okay. I got it two years ago as a baby and fed it romaine lettuce and mixed veggies, superworms and waxworms. It's now full grown and healthy.

I mean, it's not the best, but not the worst. The best three that should be the STAPLE are collard, dandelion, and mustard greens. Kale can be thrown in, but the three I mentioned have a lot more nutrition and flavor. Chards are also great and cheap if you need to give them something in bulk. I wouldn't do JUST kale, though.

    • I do others but wanted to make sure kale wouldn't hurt him. I always sprinkle calcium on them.
